Summary
It is difficult to comb the chemical fiber with ultrafine dtex into the net in the process of making spunlaced nonwoven fabrics, but it has high exploitability. It is also very developable for non-woven products.
Application of chemical fiber with ultrafine dtex coefficient in spunlaced nonwoven fabric.
Using conventional chemical fiber to make spunlaced nonwoven fabrics generally have poor permeability and are prone to allergies.
Conventional spunlaced non-woven materials, such as cupro fiber, tencel, viscose, bamboo fiber, etc., are spun from cotton pulp or wood pulp, which are green man-made plant fibers. These materials are degradable, and the chance of causing skin allergy is very low.So they are widely used in spunlaced nonwoven fabric, especially in facial sheet mask fabric.
But the strength and elasticity of these materials are far from as good as those of chemical fibers. Therefore, our company has begun to use chemical fiber with ultrafine dtex product development.
We use 0.3 dtex composite nylon fiber. This composite nylon material is highly stable and will not react with any cosmetic solution material. This can greatly reduce the incidence of allergies. 0.3 dtex fiber is highly adherent, allowing the facial sheet mask fabric to fit tightly to the skin to achieve an ideal beauty state.
By adjusting the process, we can control the degree of interweaving of the fibers, creating different feel, softness and air permeability. Such spunlaced non-woven fabric, permeability, strength and elasticity, adhesion is very suitable for the production of facial sheet mask fabric and other non-woven products.
We are a professional spunlaced non woven fabric manufacturer. We trust that we shall be able to meet your requirements.
